As per the government decision dated 20.03.2020, the name of the Smart Gram Scheme has been changed to R (Aaba) Patil Beautiful Village Award Scheme.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><b>Brief information about the scheme<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">:- <\/span><b>R<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. <\/span> <b>maintaining<\/b> <b>balance<\/b> <b>environment<\/b> <b>by developing<\/b> <b>natural<\/b> <b>resources<\/b> <b>creating<\/b> <b>villages<\/b> <b>and<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> state The main objective of this scheme is to coordinate the village level schemes of various government departments. Every Gram Panchayat has equal opportunity to participate in the scheme.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><b>Criteria and Conditions of the Scheme<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">:- Gram Panchayats are selected based on criteria, keeping the scoring and transparency. To participate in the scheme, Gram Panchayats with a population of more than 5000, Gram Panchayats adjacent to cities, award-winning Gram Panchayats and remaining Gram Panchayats are divided and scoring is given accordingly. The scoring method is based on the criteria of cleanliness, management, responsibility, non-conventional energy and environment, transparency and use of technology. In this proposal, a maximum of Rs. 10.00 lakhs of work is planned.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The following documents are required when submitting a minority majority proposal.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Form-A regarding the total population and minority population of the village\/gram panchayat area and development works to be undertaken.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Copy of the resolution approved by the Gram Sabha to undertake development work under the Area Development Program.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Detailed budget of development work to be undertaken under the Area Development Program, verified and certified by the Branch Engineer, Public Works, Panchayat Samiti.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certificate that the development work to be undertaken under the Area Development Program has not been undertaken under any other similar government scheme.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If funds have been sanctioned and distributed to minority majority Gram Panchayats under this scheme in the previous year, its utilization certificate should be submitted along with the proposal.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Under this scheme, the proposal should propose development works up to a limit of Rs. 10.00 lakhs. If the proposal is for more than that amount, information should be given from which scheme the additional cost will be met.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Under this scheme, the following works can be undertaken for minority communities.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Construction of a protective wall, water facilities, electricity supply and an internal 3 feet wide road for the cemetery\/cremation ground\/funeral site.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Public Hall\/ Marriage Hall. Drinking water facility, sewage system, internal roads, street lights, public toilets, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><b>Works<\/b> <b>Suggested<\/b> <b>by People's Representatives<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The decision to approve funds for the works suggested by the Hon'ble public representatives is taken at the government level.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The following criteria are being set while considering the works of village roads, sewers and other basic facilities in rural areas suggested by the Hon'ble People's Representatives.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Detailed maps and estimates will be prepared for all works.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The duration of the work will be six months.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The cost incurred in excess of the approved project cost will have to be borne by the concerned Gram Panchayat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quality control of this work will be monitored at the local level, district level and state level.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quality control of this work will be monitored at the local level, district level and state level.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>PESA Law-<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.
