Under this scheme, 60% subsidy is received from the Central Government and 40% subsidy from the State Government. As per the guidelines of the Central Government, the cost of the houses has been fixed at Rs. 1, 20, 000\/- and for very remote, hilly and Naxalite areas at Rs. 1, 30,000\/-. Out of the amount of Rs. 1, 20, 000\/-, subsidy is provided for the construction of new houses. In this, the Central Government's subsidy share is 60%, and the State Government's subsidy share is 40%. House amount: - The subsidy above 1,20,000\/- can be deposited in the bank account of the beneficiaries through the PFMS system.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. While sanctioning the house, the first installment is Rs. 15,000\/-, the second installment is Rs. 70,000\/-, the third installment is Rs. 30,000\/-, and the fourth installment is Rs. 5000\/-.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.
