For this, the Gram Sabha has to prepare an annual planning plan for the unallocated fund and get its approval from the Gram Sabha. While preparing the plan, it is necessary to consider the people of each village\/pada falling within the area of \u200b\u200bthe Gram Panchayat. The said scheme has been implemented in our state from the year 2015-16. The government decision in this regard from the Tribal Development Department is dated 21 April 2015 and the revised corrigendum in this regard has been published on 20 February 2016.<\/span><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For the year 2015-2016, 5% of the unallocated funds have been distributed to the Gram Panchayats in the Scheduled Areas at the rate of Rs. 284.84\/- per capita as per the total population of the village. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\">For this, a separate bank account of Gram Sabha Fund has been opened at each Gram Panchayat level. Funds have been directly deposited in this account through the government through the RTGS system as per the government decision of the Tribal Department dated 30\/09\/2015.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Also, as per the government decision dated 15<\/span><b>10.2016, the funds to be provided for the year 2016-17 have been directly deposited in the accounts of Gram Panchayats in the Scheduled Areas through RTGS system, in proportion to the tribal population, at the rate of Rs. 485.29\/- per capita. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As per the government decision dated 23.03.2018, for the year 2017-18, the amount of Rs. 485.16\/- per capita has been directly deposited to the accounts of the Gram Panchayats in the Scheduled Areas through the RTGS system in proportion to the tribal population. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For the year 2018-19, as per the government decision dated 09.01.2019, the amount of money per capita to the Gram Panchayats in proportion to the tribal population has been deposited directly through the RTGS system to the accounts of the Gram Panchayats in the Scheduled Areas at the rate of Rs. 424.2108\/- per capita and as per the government decision dated 31.05.2019, Rs. 181\/- per capita.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Year 201<\/span><b>9<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211;<\/span><b>20<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> For this year <\/span><b>14<\/b><span
