1. Smt. Sumtibai Suklikar Udayogini Women's Empowerment Scheme State award In order to provide loans at 0% interest rate to self-help groups in the state, interest subsidy is being transferred to all self-help groups that repay their loans smoothly by getting the central and state share, and loans are being provided to self-help groups at 0% interest rate.

A) Under the said scheme, it has been approved to provide loans at an effective rate of 0% to women self-help groups eligible for interest subsidy under the National Rural Livelihoods Mission under the National Rural Livelihoods Mission and to keep the maximum limit of interest on loans given to self-help groups at 12.50% for providing interest subsidy in this regard.

b) Under this scheme, women self-help groups have been approved to provide interest subsidy facility under this scheme for loans for which they receive interest subsidy under the National Rural Livelihoods Mission under Category 1 or Category 2 of the Central Government. The procedure/guidelines prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India are followed for the calculation of interest subsidy.

This scheme is implemented at the state level through the Maharashtra State Rural Livelihood Improvement Mission and at the district level through the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad and Project Director, District Rural Development Agency.

 Objective :- To provide loans to self-help groups by bringing them into banking transactions for financial literacy.

2. Identity scheme State sponsored Objective- To create awareness among women and adolescent girls in rural areas of the state regarding sanitary napkins and personal hygiene and to provide them with sanitary napkins at a reasonable price, the Asmita scheme was launched in the state on 8th March 2018. Through this scheme, new and good quality sanitary napkins have been made available to women and adolescent girls in rural areas under the name ‘Asmita Plus’. Under the Asmita scheme, a packet of 8 pads of 240 mm will be made available to adolescent girls aged 11 to 19 in Zilla Parishad schools for Rs 5. For this, adolescent girls will be registered through our Sarkar Seva Kendras and given Asmita cards. Teenage girls with Asmita cards will purchase sanitary napkins from self-help groups. In the first phase, approximately 7 lakh girls in the state will be given Asmita cards. The government will provide a subsidy of Rs 15.20 per packet to the self-help groups based on the number of packets sold to teenage girls with Asmita cards at Rs 5. Adolescent girls will be provided 13 packets in a year. Sanitary napkins will also be provided to women in rural areas at a reasonable price through the Asmita scheme. A packet of 8 pads of 240 mm will be available to women for Rs 24 and a packet of 8 pads of 280 mm for Rs 29. The self-help groups will purchase packets of sanitary napkins from distributors and sell them to each other. The group selling sanitary napkins will get a profit of 4.80 paise per packet. Out of 50 gram panchayats in Jawhar taluka, 45 groups have registered and 67 groups have sold sanitary napkins. The NIC Code and mobile number of the group are required for the distribution of the Asmita scheme.
This scheme can be availed by teenagers and any woman in the village.

3. Mahalaxmi Saras Exhibition and Divisional/District Level Exhibition Scheme State award Objective – To give scope to the products prepared by the village level rural women of the district in the Bajrapethi and to make their products famous, a district level/division level exhibition is organized. Also, Mahalaxmi Saras is organized in Mumbai. In this, the stalls coming from different states and their diversity can be experienced by the rural women. It is necessary to be in SHG under the village level Mahila Umed Abhiyan. Also, that group must have NIC Code on the NRLM portal.

Maharashtra State Rural Livelihoods Improvement Mission (MSRLM) Centrally Awarded / State Awarded The Union Ministry of Rural Development has converted the Swarna Jayanti Gram Swarojgar Yojana (SGSY) National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM) This has been done in this. This scheme is in the current year. Dayal Antyodaya Yojana It is being implemented as follows. Under this campaign, all the families below the poverty line have to be united through self-help groups and unionization. Their problems have to be solved. The main objective of the campaign is to increase the profitable self-employment capacity of the families below the poverty line and the poorest of the poor, to provide self-employment and skill-based employment opportunities and to increase the permanent production of self-employment and bring them above the poverty line.

The project, funded by the World Bank, is being implemented in Palghar district in an intensive manner in all the talukas of Palghar district. The main objective of the campaign is to bring together the rural poor to eradicate poverty in rural areas, build their institutions, increase the capacity and skills of these institutions, and help them come out of poverty by providing them with sustainable livelihood opportunities.

 In Maharashtra State Rural Livelihoods Mission (MSRLM), self-help groups are evaluated based on the ten principles.

4. Regular repayment of the loan,
5. Keeping the group's accounts up to date,
6. Taking regular health care,
7. Raising awareness about education,
8. Regular engagement with Panchayat Raj institutions,

५. Din Dayal Upadhyay Rural Skill Development Yojana (DDU GKY) centrally awarded As a part of the National Rural Livelihood Improvement Mission, the Deendayal Upadhyay Rural Skill Scheme was launched on 3rd December 2015 by the Hon'ble Minister for Rural Development in Mumbai.

Implementation Process
In this scheme, private sector companies / training institutions will partner with the government.
· Through this partnership, it is ensured that the youth get employment by providing training.
· 3 months of residential training is provided free of cost to the beneficiaries.
· The youth who get employment will get minimum wage or higher as per the government rules.
· If they have to migrate for employment, the government will help the youth to reduce the stress and hardship caused by it.
· This scheme will be implemented in all the districts of the state of Maharashtra. At the district level, the scheme is implemented through the District Rural Development Agency. For implementing the Deen Dayal Upadhyay Rural Skill Scheme in the districts, NGOs have been appointed through the Maharashtra State Rural Livelihood Improvement Mission State Level Cell.

 Objective :-
· To provide short-term (three months) training to young men and women from poor families in rural areas and provide them with employment.Beneficiaries :-
· Families below the poverty line.
· Young men and women from the families of members of all self-help groups associated with the Maharashtra State Livelihood Improvement Mission.
· Beneficiaries of Mahatma Gandhi Employment Guarantee Scheme.
· Trainees between the ages of 18 and 35 can avail the benefit of this scheme.

६. Rural Self Employment Training Institute centrally awarded · To divert the beneficiaries in rural areas towards self-employment and provide them with free training through the government, and provide loans from banks as well as issuing government certificates. Rural Self-Employment Training Institute is a scheme run by the Government of India. And the Government of India, the State Government and the Bank are working jointly in this. The main objective of starting this institute is to make the unemployed youth in rural areas entrepreneurial and stand on their own feet. Nature of the scheme

· Nature of the scheme- It is implemented jointly by the Central Government, the State Government and the National Bank. Young men and women from poor families in rural Maharashtra, aged 18 to 45, are given residential and free skill training in agricultural industry, manufacturing industry, processing industry, general industry. After completion of the training, guidance is given in terms of starting a business. Guidance is also provided for obtaining financial assistance.

· Nature of the scheme - The scheme is implemented jointly by the Central Government, State Government and National Bank. Rural Maharashtra youths, aged 18 to 45, from poor families, are provided residential and free skill training in agriculture, manufacturing, processing and general industries. After completion of the training, guidance is provided for starting a business. Guidance is also provided for getting financial assistance.

७. National Rural Economic Transformation Project (NRETP) centrally awarded Under the National Rural Livelihoods Mission, the National Rural Economic Transformation Project (NRETP) program is being implemented in the state from the year 2019-20 through the UMEAD- Maharashtra State Rural Livelihoods Mission. Under this, livelihood enhancement programs will be implemented through producer groups/self-help groups/village unions/ward unions to start new livelihoods of rural families at the village level and strengthen the existing livelihoods. This includes agricultural and non-agricultural components. Currently, 97 producer groups have been formed in Jawhar and various livelihood activities are being implemented through them. Objective :- Under this scheme, a producer group of at least 15 to 40 women from self-help groups in Umed who are interested in doing a single business can be formed. They are given a working capital of up to Rs. 1.50 lakh.
