Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Gramin Phase 1
The scheme was implemented under the Central Government from 2016-17 to 2021-22 with the aim of providing decent living conditions to families of all communities under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Gramin Phase 1.
Under this scheme, a total of 3185 beneficiaries under 133 Gram Panchayats in Palghar taluka have become eligible. Accordingly, 4 installments are paid to these beneficiaries.

Also, 3165 beneficiaries have been given the second installment amount. Also, 3152 beneficiaries have been given the third installment and 3126 beneficiaries have been given the fourth installment. Also, a total of 3140 beneficiaries have been given the houses in complete condition.
Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Gramin Phase 2
The scheme 2024-25 is being implemented under the Central Government with the aim of providing decent living conditions to families of all communities under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Gramin Phase – 2.
Under this scheme, a total of 5988 beneficiaries under 121 Gram Panchayats in Palghar taluka have become eligible. Accordingly, 4 installments are paid to these beneficiaries.

Also, 3111 beneficiaries have been given the third installment amount of Rs. 30,000/- and 39 beneficiaries have been given the fourth installment amount of Rs. 5,000/-. Also, the houses of a total of 627 beneficiaries have been completed.
Shabri Awas Yojana
Shabari Awas Yojana is a scheme implemented by the state government with the aim of providing decent living conditions to families belonging to the Scheduled Tribe community from the year 2016-17 to 2023-24.
Under this scheme, 1742 beneficiaries under the Gram Panchayat of Palghar taluka have become eligible. Accordingly, 4 installments are paid to these beneficiaries.

Under this scheme, 205 beneficiaries under the Gram Panchayat of Palghar taluka have become eligible. Accordingly, 4 installments are paid to these beneficiaries.

Under the Pradhan Mantri Janajati Adivasi Nyay Maha Abhiyan (PM-JANMAN), a scheme is being implemented under the Central Government with the aim of providing decent living conditions to families of the Katkari community.
Under this scheme, a survey has been conducted of 1298 beneficiaries under 40 Gram Panchayats in Palghar taluka. Out of them, 1029 beneficiaries have become eligible. Accordingly, 3 installments are paid to these beneficiaries.
